Long time no talk

So it's been a while since I've been on here, let me get you all up to date.

Mother's day was amazing Spencer got me a potted African violet that I will for sure kill if he hasn't already, and he got me a little box of chocolates which tasted amazing.

Nothing much has happened up until today, when I finally decided to go get my manicure and pedicure that I got for Christmas. I feel all nice and pampered, my nails are a bright orange which I think happens to be quite festive for the spring/summer season.

All is well that ends well.

Dancing With The Devil

A couple days ago I finally had enough of my sister's attitude. She's one of those Christians who thinks that just because she goes to church on Sunday, she's free to do whatever she wants for the rest of the week. So finally I said something to her about the way she had been acting, and go figure she acted as if she did nothing wrong.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not the model christian, but then again I'm not claiming to be. My sister has pictures on her face book of herself posing with a bible, and then the next picture is her dressed like a slut, posing provocatively.

On top of that, she thinks everyone owes her, My grandmother recently quit working, and now has a full time job of being a baby sitter to a 5 year old all because if my sister is around too long bad things happen.

All in all I'm super upset still and just want this bullshit drama to end.

I Can't Be Lazy Forever

After waking up somewhat early I realized that I have a lot to get done today and for the next few days until Sunday. I've got some more laundry to get done, dishes to do, floors to vacuum and mop, and trash to take it. When looking at this list written down, it doesn't look that bad, but when finally putting it into action it looks terrifying.

So I think I'm going to tackle dishes,laundry, and a bit of garbage for today, then see what I feel like later on in the evening.

Spread So Thin

Right now I feel as if I could just snap, between money problems,housing issues and Spencer throwing a fit at least once a night, I just don't know how much more I can handle. Contrary to popular belief, I am not super mom and I can't magically fix everything. The tantrums Spencer is throwing are seriously wearing me down, it seems to get worse every night. I don't know what's causing them and I don't know how to fix it.

All is quiet as of now, I got Spencer settled and back to bed.

Maybe I should do the same.

Taking Care of Business

I realize it's a little late in the afternoon, but I feel mildly accomplished. I've put a ton of clothes away and still working on more. I'm going to return pop bottles shortly to get rid of the clutter, do some dishes, clean up the living room and then relax for a bit before making dinner.

Today seems like it's going to be a decent day.

Chin Up Darling It's Almost Over

So today, at precisely 8am my car was picked up by the tow truck. It's about time that POS gets fixed. The family has been trying to fix it for the past two weeks and still nothing has happened with it. I've been considering sending it to Buick heaven where it could rest in peace, but I just don't have the money for a new or used car.

On top of that, with my mom's divorce being final on the 19th of April we've had to start moving all of our stuff out of the house. Well most of my stuff has been out for a while now (Seeing as I don't live at home), but there are just a few things I would like to keep.

On another note, I went to the dentist yesterday. The experience was nice, as was Dr.Thomas. I would seriously recommend her to anyone in the Flint area. After returning home I was a bit tired and just laid around playing Pokemon Emerald on my laptop via an emulator. I forgot how addicting that game was. After the Novocaine wore off my mouth was sore due to the fact that some of my gum tissue was irritated. On a good note my teeth are well on their way to being fixed, and soon my wisdom teeth will be removed.

It's Potty Time!

So I purchased Spencer's first potty. I decided to go with the Fisher Price Precious Planet Froggy Friend Potty.

I'm hoping to get him acclimated with the potty before actually making him use it. When we were in the store he actually gave the frog a kiss, which was a good sign. That's his way of choosing which things he wants and which ones he doesn't.

I hope that potty training him isn't going to be as hard as some people say it will be. And I hope everything runs smoothly.
